- You have rights to post the content.

- Compliance with all laws (e.g., fair housing, anti-discrimination, brokerage regulations). We do not verify listings and disclaim responsibility for accuracy or completeness.
5. Prohibited Conduct
You may not: post false/misleading content, infringe IP, harass users, transmit malware, scrape data without permission, spam, or use for unrelated solicitation.
6. Communications, Including SMS/Text Messaging
By providing your mobile phone number (e.g., via forms, inquiries, or settings), you expressly consent to receive SMS/text messages from us (or via providers like RingCentral) for purposes related to commercial real estate services, including:
- Responding to inquiries or submissions (transactional/conversational).
- Sending informational updates, alerts, notifications, scheduling, or follow-ups.
- Other relevant communications.
You represent you are the subscriber/authorized user of the number. Message and data rates may apply per your carrier. Frequency varies (e.g., as-needed or occasional). Automated technology may be used.
Consent is not required to use the Site. Opt out at any time by replying STOP (or UNSUBSCRIBE) to any message, or contact support(at)email(dotted)com. We comply with TCPA, CTIA, and applicable laws—opt-out processed promptly. We are not liable for carrier delays, fees, or delivery issues. You agree to indemnify us for claims from inaccurate numbers or unauthorized use.
7. No Professional Advice / Disclaimers
The Site provides information only—not real estate, legal, financial, or investment advice. We are not a licensed broker unless stated. 10. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE ARE NOT LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, SPECIAL, PUNITIVE, OR EXEMPLARY DAMAGES (INCLUDING LOST PROFITS/DATA), EVEN IF ADVISED. TOTAL LIABILITY LIMITED TO $100 OR AMOUNTS PAID BY YOU IN PRIOR 12 MONTHS (WHICHEVER GREATER).

12. Termination
We may suspend/terminate access anytime, without notice, for any reason.
13. Governing Law
Governed by Texas law (no conflict principles). Disputes exclusive to Dallas County, Texas courts.
14. Changes to Terms
We may update Terms. Continued use after changes = acceptance.
15. Miscellaneous
Entire agreement. Invalid provisions do not affect remainder.
