Trade Properties is founded by brothers Chris Adams and Josh Adams. Together, we bring complementary skillsets aligned toward a common goal: to be the very best at what we do best. We’ve directed our focus around a market that has enormous investment potential, and we’ve created a unique and highly effective platform to serve it. We believe in it, and we’re committed to it.

Chris Adams
I began my commercial real estate career in 2012 with a national firm specializing in investment sales across multiple property types. Over the years, I have developed a deep appreciation for the complexity of transactions and the strategic considerations that drive successful outcomes. Having spent my entire life in Texas, I currently reside in Dallas with my wife, Lesli, and our three sons. Outside of work, I enjoy sports and hands-on craftsmanship, and I love sharing those passions with my boys.
Education: University of North Texas – B.B.A. in Finance

Josh Adams
Like my Trade Properties co-founder and brother, Chris, I was born and raised in North Texas. After ten years in analytics within the defense industry, I transitioned to commercial real estate brokerage in 2022. I enjoy the unique blend of relationships and emerging technology that have created an opportunity to provide a great service I can proudly stand behind. My wife, Patricia, and I stay active raising our five children with a lively schedule of church, homeschooling, music lessons, sports leagues, and dance classes.
Education: University of Texas at Arlington – B.S. Civil Engineering
